Anyone who visits our site is counted in our daily visits, but this will in no way identify you what so ever. If an order is placed or attempted the only information that is collected that is not voluntary is your IP address.

Customer information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without the consent of the customer, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer.

Seneca is the only company collecting your information.

The email address you provide for order processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order. If you decide to opt-in to our mailing list, you will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, promotions, etc. However, you may opt-out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of your emails.

Our site does not feature information and services of interest to children or anyone under the age of 21.

Knowing that we do not offer services to anyone under the age of 21 we require that everyone know that the items on this site are meant to be consumed responsibly and by an adult over the age of 21 only.

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our secure software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Return Policy

We will gladly exchange a “bad” bottle of wine or liquor if 75% of the contents remain in the bottle.  

For large parties, you can arrange to purchase as mush wine and liquor as you need and return what you don’t open.  Bottles must be in salable condition, and the labels must be dry and never wet (not put in/on ice to chill).

If you have a problem with one of our products and seek a refund, please ask to speak to a store manager for credit/cash refund.

How do we verify your age? All customers are required to prove that they are at least 21 years old at the time they place their first order.

Delivery/In-Store Pick Up/Curbside Pickup

Local Delivery-

Currently we deliver to: New Hartford, Utica, Clinton, New York Mills, Washington Mills, Whitesboro, Yorkville and surrounding areas. The cost of delivery will be determined at the time of check-out and is based miles.  We deliver Monday-Sunday, and strive for 2-Hour Delivery or less.  Please see prompts at checkout.

In-Store Pickup-

When you order online and choose store pick up, your order will be ready in one hour.  

Curbside Pickup-

When you order online and choose store pick up, your order will be ready in one hour.  When you get to the store, dial 315-724-8672 and press 0 and we will run the order out to you! 

40-Mile Price Match Guarantee

If you find a lower price within 40 miles of our store, please let us know and we will call or go on their website for price so we can match it.  Please note that receipts that are over 30 days old are not accepted for a price match.  We gladly accept competitor’s coupons using their current item price with their coupons terms and conditions.  No further discount on sale items, boxed wines, everyday low prices wines.  We will match competitor’s newspaper/social media/online ads and honor price using the expiration date on the advertisement.  Discounts cannot be combined.
