A Family Legacy: Three Brothers Winery
Three Brothers Winery and Estates began with a vision to offer something unique in the Finger Lakes community. Founded in 2007 by Dave Mansfield, the estate was created to give visitors a diverse and memorable wine-tasting experience. The name "Three Brothers" is a nod to Dave’s own family—his three sons—representative of the unity and individuality that the wineries embody. Each winery on the property was designed to reflect a distinct personality, offering different styles of wine in environments that range from refined to playful and eccentric.
Anyone who steps foot on the Three Brothers Winery will quickly realize how the estate breaks away from the traditional winery experience. Too often, wineries tend to exude a sense of intimidation. The idea behind Three Brothers instead makes it more approachable and fun–which people responded very well to. What started as an experiment to create a space where visitors could explore various wines in one stop thus grew into a destination that attracts wine lovers from near and far.
Over the years, the estate has expanded, adding War Horse Brewing Co. to diversify its offerings even further. This focus on providing variety while maintaining a high standard of quality has been key to the estate’s enduring popularity, solidifying its reputation as one of the Finger Lakes’ must-visit spots.

It's got 1% residual sugar which balances out with the terrific acidity very very well.
